The Indian Education System has its own share of issues and challenges which need to be resolved so as to provide better and improved education to the academic scholastics, who are the future of the country. The Education system is rigged with many challenges that have recently come to light when the Covid-19 virus crippled the industry. Amongst other things, the lack of practical subjects, absence of industrial exposure, faulty training, and the option for students to choose from more versatile subjects are the biggest issues and challenges in education today.

Shaping the students’ behaviours, preferences, talents, and mind-sets alters a person holistically. This is possible only with the personnel resources with the skills such as versatile, ability to handle group dynamics, strong organising skills and familiar with the delivery content and materials

Our history

EARLY DAYS

The Immaculate Oracle, founded by Arogyaswamy A K, has been in existence since 2010, initially employing observational learning for tasks like reading and writing. In 2011, a more systematic training approach was introduced, reflecting the evolution of the Immaculate Oracle's methods.

SECOND HALF OF THE 2011-20 DECADE

Immaculate Oracle implemented a pioneering training program featuring four steps (show, tell, do, and check) to meet the demands of a globalized business and education landscape. This innovative approach, referred to as preparation, presentation, application, and testing.

LATE 2021

The computer revolutionized training, and Immaculate Oracle's Act-Train process, originally crafted for college students, is now a fundamental framework. This model, which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation, is widely acknowledgeable.

TODAY, 2023

Immaculate Oracle's founder established the Nirmala Education Trust to offer formal certification for trainees. Currently, Immaculate Oracle is engaged in diverse areas, providing certified courses for graduating students, corporate training, CA coaching classes, tutorials, and the development of a modern preschool.
